We love dogs here, we don't know if that was obvious to you or not yet. We think that dogs are angels sent down to earth, that they are cute, funny rays of sunshine that have come to bless us. And everything that we learn about them makes us believe that even more. And oh, there is so, so much to learn. You think that having dogs will mean that you know pretty much everything that there is to know about them, but you are so wrong. Every dog is special, and there is something to find out about each and every one of them.

For example, did you know that dachshunds were bred to flush badgers out of holes? Or that wolfdogs exist and that they are just as pawsome as you imagine them? And how about breeding - do you know what dogs looked like 100 years ago? And today, did you know that one of the rarest dog breeds out there is hairless?

We have to be honest, the first time that we saw this picture, we scrolled right past it. Nothing to see here, just a bunch of statues of dogs. But no, those are real, and they are like the dog version of the hairless sphynx cat. I.e. they are both pawfect.

Like- look at that. Can you blame us for skipping past this? They are too statue-like to be real. It's a good thing that people in the comments who have these puppers told us that they were complete goofballs in real life to humanize them.
